All products offered by Frosted by Faughty LLC are custom made to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that all sales are subject to availability and acceptance. Frosted by Faughty LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Prices, offerings, and policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

All content on this website, including but not limited to images, text, graphics, logos, designs, and product photos, is the property of Frosted by Faughty LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any site content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

User Comments and Other Submissions

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to Frosted by Faughty LLC through the website, email, or social media, you grant permission for that content to be used for marketing, promotional, or informational purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

We reserve the right to remove or decline any submissions deemed inappropriate, offensive, or unrelated to our business.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information submitted through our website. However, no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

By using this site, you acknowledge that you provide information at your own risk and agree that Frosted by Faughty LLC is not responsible for unauthorized access beyond our control.

Custom Cookie Order Terms and Conditions

Disclaimer: Each cookie set is crafted by hand. Exact design placement and color may vary slightly from any of my sample photos for pre-orders. Cookies are prepared in a home kitchen which may contain allergens, including but not limited to WHEAT, DAIRY, EGGS, NUTS. I will never package a broken or damaged cookie. I am not responsible for cookies damaged after pickup. By submitting your online order form, you agree to the information listed in our Terms & Conditions, and refund policy.

Ordering Process

I understand that filling out the order request form does NOT book my order.

All custom cookie orders must be submitted through the online order form on our website.

Once your order form is submitted, Frosted by Faughty LLC will contact you via email within 48 hours to confirm order details, availability, and pricing. An invoice will then be sent to the email address provided. The request will be for 48 hours from the time the invoice was sent. After that time, if payment is not received, that date will become available to the next request.

Your order is not confirmed until the invoice is paid in full.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required to confirm all custom orders. Once payment is received, your order is officially booked and production begins.

Acceptable forms of payment include most major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and ACH Payment through Squarespace. Please reach out to frostedbyfaughty@gmail.com if you would like to use other forms of payment such as Venmo or PayPal. Please note that depending on the form of payment, there may incur a small additional fee for payment processing.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our cookies, all sales are final once payment has been received.

Once the balance is paid and the order is confirmed, we immediately begin the design and production process. For this reason, no refunds will be issued for cancellations and will remain up to our discression.

Please review all order details carefully before submitting payment.

Ordering Timeline

Custom cookie orders may be booked up to 4 months in advance with a minimum 2 week notice, subject to availability.

For weddings or events more than 4 months in advance, please email frostedbyfaughty@gmail.com to inquire about availability and scheduling.

Late orders or rush requests may incur an additional $10 fee or declined depending on availability.
